TASTING NOTE
VISUAL : Bright red wine
medium-low robe, with shades
intense and attractive ruby.
OLFACTORY : Presents on the nose
intense aromas of red fruits with
brushstrokes of species, with a
very persistent mineral intensity,
primary aromas prevail with
subtle touches of wood.
GUSTATORY : In the mouth it is presented
a round, fresh wine, very
pleasant on the palate, acidity
balanced that gives the wine a
liveliness that will allow a good
refinement in bottle.
HARVEST : 2019
VARIETIES: 67% Black Mantle, 33%
Cabernet Sauvignon - Old vines of
the centenary Finca Son Roig in
Binissalem.
ELABORATION : This wine has
fermented in a steel tank
temperature controlled stainless
at 20 degrees, after fermentation it has
enjoyed a careful maceration
cold in order to extract more color
and aromas. Before bottling,
has aged slightly in barrels of
fine grain French oak.
This wine is a dedication to me
grandmother Rosa Estela Salóm, a woman
that since the beginning of the winery we
has taught that effort and
passion are essential to make a good wine.
